Sexgear was formed in 2007, in Wellington, as the answer to New Zealand's need for a fun, fresh and frivolous adult toy and lingerie site.

When one of our founding members, Sarah, was trying to buy a sex toy, she was put off by the slew of dodgy adult stores on corners, and explicit websites that didn't work! So she joined forces with some other like-minded Kiwis and set about creating an adult toy website that was fun to use and nice to look at!

Sarah and the rest of the Sexgear team have scoured the globe to find good quality sex gear at a range of prices to suit your budget. And all products on the site are in stock - so you don't have to wait! The Sexgear team also pride ourselves on our service. Sexgear parcels are dispatched quickly and discreetly (in plain wrap) nationwide.

Not only does Sexgear want to provide you with excellent products, it is also our goal to provide information about sex and sexuality too. So Sexgear is proud to be the 'sexpert' columnist at Getfrank.co.nz, with a weekly column. Sexgear also contributes expert advice to Cleo, NZ Girl, Slynkey.com, Mumsontop, Gloss and Varsity.co.nz.
