Price Match Guarantee
At Sexgear, we know that price is important, and we don’t think you should have to compromise on service to get the best price. That’s why if you find the product you want cheaper elsewhere, we’ll match the price for you.
How it works
Before you buy... If a product you would like to buy on Sexgear is on another website at a lower price, simply send us an email at info@sg.co.nz or by calling 04 384 7774, tell us which product it is and where we can find it (i.e. the URL or web address of the other website). We’ll check it out and arrange for you to purchase the product at the same price.
After you’ve bought... If you find the product that you’ve purchased from Sexgear cheaper elsewhere within 7 days of the date of purchase, then we’ll refund you the difference.
All you have to do is email info@sg.co.nz with your order reference number and let us know where we can find the cheaper product (i.e. send us the URL or web address of the other website). We’ll check it out and then arrange to refund you the difference.

All items on Sexgear are in stock and usually dispatched within one working day. - The price match guarantee only applies to online sex toy shops in New Zealand.
- Prices must be verified by Sexgear before a matched price or refund is given.
- Excludes auction websites.
- The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from the other website.
- Typographical errors on other websites will not be price matched.
- Coupons can be redeemed against price matched purchases.
- Price comparisons are exclusive of shipping charges.
