There are enough people out there having bad sex. Sexgear is here to make sure you aren't one of them. So, if our sex gear doesn't meet your sexpectations, we want to hear from you.

Before your sex gear arrives
You've changed your mind? Hey, it happens and we would rather provide you with sex gear that is going to push all your buttons.

You can cancel your clothing or adult toys orders before the goods arrive. Just email us at info@sg.co.nz (don't forget to include your name and order ID). We will cancel your order and refund your credit card the original purchase price of the item minus a 30% re-stocking fee.

After your sex gear arrives
Not Rearing to Go?
In the unlikely event that your sex gear is not ready for action when you receive it (ie; it's faulty or damaged) contact us by phone or email info@sg.co.nz within 10 days of receipt and it will be replaced.
If an exact replacement isn't available, you can choose from one of the many hot alternatives (to the same value) on our website. Alternatively, we will refund your credit card the original purchase price (including postage and packaging charges).

You can return any clothing you have purchased within 10 days of receipt as long as the clothing is unworn and still in its packaging. Once we have received the clothing and are happy it is in perfect condition for resale, we will refund your credit card the original purchase price of the item minus a 30% re-stocking fee.

An unexpected fantasy?
If someone else's fantasy makes its way to your house (ie; you received the incorrect items), contact us by phone or email info@sg.co.nz within 10 days of receipt. Return the sex gear unused and in perfect condition for resale and we will take care of the costs of packaging up and posting the right fantasy out to you.
