We never sell, distribute or otherwise provide customer information to anyone for any reason. Unless you want to share them with someone else, your fantasies will remain a secret with us.
Yes. We courier all orders in plain boxes or courier satchels. There are no external markings that would give away the contents of the package which is perfect if you're planning to surprise a certain someone. The return address on each package reads PO Box 2873, Wellington. The words "Sexgear" or "Adult Toys" don't appear anywhere on the outside package.

Yes. Your credit card statement will show a charge from SG, not Sexgear Ltd.
We understand your urgency, which is why we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Just remember to take your time with the Sexgear once you get it, ok? As soon as your order is processed, it will be shipped within one working day!. Occasionally, when an item is out of stock or we're waiting on a back order, this process will take a few days longer while we wait for the product to arrive from the manufacturer. We will email you and keep you in the loop if required!
Yes! Due to popular demand, SG delivers to PO boxes. If you would like to sign for your package at the post office desk then you do not need to do anything, SG parcels are automatically sent as signature required. However, if you would like your parcel to be left in your box please state that no signature is required in the 'special instructions about your order' box during checkout.
To make sure you get your parcel we send our items in signature required bags. If you would prefer not to sign for your item, please specify this in the 'special instructions' at the check-out. Not signing for your item does mean you forfeit insurance on lost items.
We charge $8 for delivery per order nationwide. Your order will be sent by Courier Post.
Yes! You can select gift-wrapping options at the Checkout. You can even add Red Bull (for energy!) and Chocolate to make your order extra special!
Once your order has been placed, and your payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your items have been picked and dispatched you will receive a final email informing you of the courier details for your parcel. Payments are processed Monday – Friday between the times of 8am and 3pm Pacific Standard Time.
You sure can! Simply choose the 'Cash Deposit' option at the check-out. This option allows you to make an internet transfer or cash deposit into our bank account. You will be provided our account details and your order will be sent as soon as your payment has cleared.
If you have an SG voucher, you will find it has a voucher code on it (this will be a string of letters or numbers or both). At the check-out you will be prompted to enter your voucher code on the screen called 'Order Summary', enter your code and click 'submit', your discount will then be shown.
